The African American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware has partnered with the Reintegration Services for Ex-Offenders (R.I.S.E.) to pilot the Entrepreneur Academy. The Entrepreneur Academy is a 12-week business plan development course for community members.
