The Campaign for Working Families (CWF) is a non-profit organization that provides free tax preparation for families and individuals with incomes below $57,000 as well as other financial services for families throughout the city of Philadelphia.

Executive Director Leslie Benoliel to Participate in Small Business Working Group; Will Join 1,000 Fellow Participants in Working Towards Finding Solutions that Promote Economic Recovery in the U.S.
UAC's organization leaders have long been engaged in addressing the challenges and opportunities affecting their communities. Many are African-American men who not only serve as leaders, but also serve as mentors to younger generations.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, participants will get a wristband for free access to participating Philadelphia museums and the PHLASH ride as well. There will be giveaways as well as games hosted by local businesses and IKEA/iSETPAPHILLY. Students must check in with their ID.
For the youth there will be a moon bounce, face painting, basketball, food/drinks, and live entertainment! Attendees will be able to go to the free health screenings, to participate in fitness activities as well as recieve information on topics such as registering to vote and attend the PA 529 College Savings Program/ utility assistance programs.

This free community festival features a live concert by jazz great and multi-Grammy winner, Stanley Clarke. Known for his epic Hollywood movie soundtracks, and the internationally recognized "Return to Forever" album with Chick Korea and Al DiMeola, Clarke is a native of Philadelphia, and will celebrate the 40th anniversary of one of his earliest albums, "School Days." Stanley has agreed to cut short his European tour to come to Philadelphia.
The festival begins at 12:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM.
From 9 AM - 7 PM, volunteers will be able to do a multitude of activities including, trash pick-up, graffiti removal, creating/upkeeping community gardening, and asw well as other random acts of kindness for the elderly. All volunteers/visitors will join for a "Wake-up Rally and Cookout". Food, games, entertainment will be provided as well as speakers who will bring to light the need for leadership and action from within the community.
Volunteers will be able to help children from birth through age 12 living in homeless/low income situations with the essential items they need to thrive by cleaning/testing toys, inspecting clothes for rips/stains, sorting books, and/or matching up outfits for clothing packs!
