The financial services company awarded a total of $165,000 in grants and scholarships to three youth-oriented nonprofits and to an exemplary student nominated by each organization. The national foreclosure crisis continues to have a devastating effect on communities across the Philadelphia region. The Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC), a nonprofit organization that works to build wealth in urban communities, has released the newest edition of its Foreclosure Prevention Resource Guide. The Guide is designed to help residents, housing counselors, lawyers, and mortgage lenders navigate the mortgage foreclosure process.
