Benefits Open House (UAC Staff Only)

This is a reminder that the “Benefits Open House” will be held at UAC on Wednesday, June 13th, 1207 Chestnut Street, 4th Fl. Conference Rm., 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to assist you in the benefits online enrollment process.

 

In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to meet with a Benefits Specialist to answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits, and learn more about voluntary life insurance. A representative from the Philadelphia Credit Union will be available to provide information regarding low cost banking services and a college tuition savings program.

 

Remember, that you can now renew and make changes to your benefits plans for an effective date of July 1, 2012 online on the ADP website at:

For information and instructions on how to complete your benefits open enrollment online, please play the attached slide show by clicking on the attachment and select “Slide Show”, then “From Beginning” button.

 

If you are a full-time employee (work at least 35 hours per week) and you or your eligible dependents are currently not enrolled in UAC’s health benefits, please contact the Human Resources Department, Sandra Higginbotham-Briddell at shigginbotham@uac.org prior to June 22, 2012 to obtain paper enrollment forms.  Please note that you will not be able to enroll online.
