NAADAC Minority Fellowship Program for Addiction Counselors

The NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, is now accepting application for the NAADAC Minority Fellowship Program for Addiction Counselors (NMFP-AC). Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the NMFP-AC will provide at least 30 master’s students with tuition stipends of up to $20,000 dollars, education, training and mentorship. To be eligible students must be in their final year of an accredited master’s program in addiction/substance abuse counseling and be open to working with racial and ethnic minorities and transition age youths. The deadline to apply for the NMFP-AC is Saturday, February 28th.
