Program Summary: 
The WorkReady Young Investors League Program Coordinator will lead the administration of a financial literacy and education pilot program by providing general administrative and data assistance to the Assistant Director, providing management support to 20 financial coaches, and driving the program goals of providing 300 youth with robust financial education over the 6-week Summer WorkReady program. This is a seasonal position beginning in early May and ending in August/September.
Position Summary: 
Identify best practice resources and methods for delivering participant orientations, mentoring, workshops, and enrichment activities. Prepare written materials incorporating the identified best practice materials, including curricula for financial literacy instruction. Conduct outreach to various partners, organizations and businesses to arrange for guest speakers and workshops for the Financial Coach Bootcamp and youth professional development days. Provide assistance in the recruitment, vetting, and hiring of 20 financial coaches; Coordinate and schedule trainings, orientations, youth professional development, and staff professional development. Coordinate with program partners and other staff to implement and facilitate youth orientations, workshops, and enrichment activities. Create and maintain a filing system for program participant files and other paperwork. Assist with troubleshooting inquiries from program participants, potential program participants, and worksites. Perform other related duties as assigned. Oversee program data entry and file maintenance, ensuring accurate data collection and consistent, transparent, quality communication flow both internally and externally. Coordinate with Assistant Director and Program Managers to ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries from youth applicants and their families regarding program details and requirements. Support Financial Coaches in the implementation and delivery of financial education curricula. Continue to troubleshoot any remaining issues with youth assignments and workshop facilitation. Support program close-out, including reviewing staff reports and ensuring files are complete and stored neatly. Perform other related duties as required to ensure program quality and funder compliance.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years previous work experience working with data preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and have strong typing skills.
