COLOURS thanks Damon Humes for his service

 

PHILADELPHIA— Effective Monday, September 30, 2019, Damon Humes, has transitioned from his position as the Executive Director of the COLOURS Organization to pursue other career opportunities.

On behalf of COLOURS’ staff, Board of Directors, and supporters, we applaud Damon for his 2 1/2 years of service to the organization and wish him well in his future endeavors.

“We truly appreciate the time and commitment Damon has dedicated towards moving COLOURS forward. Through his years of service we have been able to carry out a strategic planning process and a rebranding campaign,” said Tyrone Smith, President of the Board of Directors for COLOURS. "COLOURS will continue its mission and begin implementation of a new strategy to better serve the needs of the Black LGBTQ Community in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas."

The members of the Board of Directors will manage the operations of the organization until a new Executive Director is appointed.
