Paralee Knight, Friends of the Coalition Member, is the new community affairs representative for Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. In this new role, Knight will support the work of the Wells Fargo Foundation, which builds relationships and administers grants to local non-profits. She reports to Northeast (NY, NJ, CT) Community Affairs Manager Deborah Smith and is based in New York City.

“Paralee has experience collaborating with non-profits, individuals, and trust accounts to administer grants. She also possesses strong organizational and leadership capabilities,” said Smith. “She is a great asset to the Community Relations team and I’m confident she’ll help us enhance our local outreach efforts and further our existing community partnerships.” Knight joined Wells Fargo in 2013 as a Wells Fargo Private Bank senior client associate and grant administrator for the Penn-Del Region.

During her tenure, she worked with the bank’s Ultra high-net-worth customers’ philanthropic consultants, managed the grant making procedures, and coordinated community events to support nonprofits. Previously, she served in numerous leadership roles at a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based non-profit organization. A passionate community leader, Knight is an active member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and the Drexel University Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership. She was recently appointed to the board of directors of Live Connections, a non-profit music education group targeting youth in urban areas. Knight attended Drexel University.
