If you would like to honor someone close to you with a tribute donation, you can customize how you would like your gift acknowledged. You can choose a gift card, a certificate, or an email message, which you can personalize with a poem, a valued memory, a quote, or any sentiment you deem appropriate. The UAC staff will be happy to create a keepsake for you and your loved ones.
